Policies

All custom order sales are final at the time of purchase and not eligible for a refund. Premade orders may be returned (at the buyers expense) within one week of purchase for a full refund of the cost of the premade at the time of purchase.

Returns are allowed within 1 week of receiving the item so long as the item has no specific personalization (ie. name embroidered on it) and has not been drastically altered (definition of drastically is decidable by Becca and Raven LLC after receiving pictures of purchased products). It product(s) qualify for a return, the buyer must pay for shipping of items back to Becca and Raven LLC, which upon arrival, Becca and Raven LLC will supply original buyer with a discount code redeemable for a discount of the original purchase prices of the products returned. Returns are not allotted after 1 week of the buyer having received the products (time/day verified by tracking number). 

All products received after January 1st 2022 have a lifetime  warranty policy on them. This warranty extends to all normal wear and tear and not extenuating circumstances.  Becca and Raven LLC is granted the right to determine on a case by case basis what normal wear and tear constitutes as. Should normal wear and tear be constituted for that particular case by Becca and Raven LLC, the customer may ship back any and all products to have them either repaired or replaced free of charge. Shipping of the items back to the customer will be provided by Becca and Raven LLC. 

Since all products are custom and hand-made to order, there is a 4 week delay  between the customer ordering the product(s) to Becca and Raven LLC fulfilling the order and shipping it out. This wait time may be subject to change. 

Becca and Raven LLC is not liable for the condition of the goods once received by the customer and upon usage. Should thee products be damaged or affected negatively in any way upon use the customer may either obtain a refund in accordance with Becca and Raven LLC refund policy, or have the product replaced or repaired in accordance with Becca and Raven LLC Lifetime Warranty Policy should the condition of the goods apply. 

Customers purchasing internationally will be in charge of paying any and all customs fees related to their order. Becca and Raven LLC will not cover any additional fees incurred by the order when it crosses country borders as the buyer is responsible for all external shipping fees accumulated after the package was shipped out.
